How to Add New Employee in Master Data

To make understand easily, Employee master data is been divided into  6 sections:

1. Employee Info
2. Contact Info
3. User Info
4. Access Info
5. Signature Info
6. Note

Employee Info:


1. Name:
It refers to the name of the employee.

2. Code:
To make differentiate between the employees, Even though we having employees with similar names and more its helps us to access the employee data.

3. Parent Location: 
To which branch, That employee is concerned to, For carrying out the process.

4. Department:
That employee comes under which department,  Whether it may be production, Sales, Logistics, etc.

Contact Info:
In contact information section, Generally we see primary & secondary phone numbers, mobile number, fax number, Email address, Address details  of the employee. 

User Info:

1. User Group:
Based on the employee department, We will be selecting user group.

2. User Account:
  • In order to access master details of his company, Management will be providing the login credentials as well as for accessing employee statics of his performance.
  • Here we are providing handheld password to the employee, To access the master data from his mobile handset.


Access Info:


Management will provides access specifiers to the employee, What are the essential things to be accessed by that employee, Based on their department.

Signature Info:

1. Email Signature:
Generally we use to see, Email signature in official mails. Instead writing regards and thanks in every mail, We will be setting up with email signature. When we composing an email by default it loads email signature.
 

2. Text Message Signature:

  • Although email signatures are commonplace, many people do not realize that they can add a signature to text messages as well. 
  • Text message signatures allow you to share important business information, such as your business's contact details, without typing the same information after every text.


Note:
Internal notes will provide for the employee, any changes that they need can enter those details in internal notes section and will be shared with the management.
